Heading to Zion
It is probably not correct to speak of this as a future event, for indeed the blessed Apostle Paul declares in Hebrews that "Now you are come unto Mount Zion..." speaking of course of the Kingdom that is beyond our tangible senses (unless of course it is revealed unto such senses).
I believe, as my Redeemer liveth, so the day will come, that I shall cease to cling to any of these things that hold us to this earth. My prayer is of course to cease to look in on myself as anything other than what God Himself does see, when He looks at me. There is no knowledge in comparison to the knowledge of God alone, that is the awareness of His divine essence, and to this knowledge I would desire to ascend. Truly, the awareness of all else must certainly pale in comparison. To suggest that one even compare such is ludicrous.
"Who alone dwells in light unapproachable.."
Saint Paul the Apostle
