A Special Prayer

I am sitting home, pies are baking, the kids have all either come by or called, the house will be filled with the joy of loving family and friends for Thanksgiving. It wasn't always this way for me, and I am very grateful for the change.

I'd like to offer a special blessing for all who are alone this holiday, all who cannot be with family or friends. I too well remember the special loneliness of these times, the emptiness that that aches without end.

May God comfort all who lack this holiday!
