Anyone seriously interested in our hunts, or guide school should try to contact me by phone (afternoons Eastern Time is best), since e-mail is becoming an increasingly useless business tool. We constantly have e-mail replys rejected by customer's e-mail servers, and the problem continues to grow worse. I may get your e-mail, but this doesn't mean I will ever be able to respond, unless you provide a phone number. I typically respond to 95% of my e-mail within 48 hours, so if you don't hear from me, you can just about bet your ISP or e-mail server is rejecting my mail.
